Bio

Dr. Roy Ben-Shalom is an Assistant Professor at the MIND instute and the Department of Neurology. He is a neuroscientist who focuses on understanding the pathophysiology of neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Ben-Shalom's work combines electrophysiology and neuronal computational modeling to study how genetic mutations lead to diverse neurological disorders. He received his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Bar Ilan and did his postdoctoral work at UCSF.
